Most streams run through the whole project in three consecutive work packages, one per phase. Mapping and co-design happen early and feed everything that follows.

The coordinator, IRCCS Eugenio Medea, chairs both internal bodies and organises quarterly meetings. Two further groups open the project to people outside the consortium.
Strategic decisions
The project's main decision-making body, with one senior representative per partner. It approves strategic decisions, validates key deliverables and milestones, oversees risks, ethics and compliance with the GDPR and the AI Act, and monitors progress against the project's indicators.
The Data Protection Officer, the ethics and regulatory expert and the gender equality and inclusion expert take part in an advisory capacity.
Day-to-day coordination
All work package leaders. The board coordinates the work across packages, monitors timelines and deliverables, keeps methods, tools and data consistent, and prepares proposals for the Steering Committee.
Outside voices
Experts and stakeholders who support co-creation and help validate the results throughout the project. Both are set up by February 2028, led by the Lisbon Council.
Life after the project
Designs and monitors the exploitation strategy and innovation roadmap, so that the tools, training and models are taken up beyond 2030.
